We've never had bad customer service with Essex.
Neither have we. Exceptional customer service while we owned the boat. That boat is sold now but if they had another boat I desired to buy I wouldn't hesitate is buying it. New of course - never used.

Easy? Being easy is not naming names. I just won't buy a boat from any company that bags on another manufacturer's products. That's what Amy was alleged to have done.
And BTW...I never received a free t-shirt or squat from Essex. I did have a very nice dinner at last year's regatta 'cause I got there 1/2 early!
