Just got off phone, no pictures yet. $800 OBO. Excellent condition. Not sure which brand nose cone is on it, but it is pointed like an Imco lower (and installed properly). He's lookin for, and might consider trade on a 1 or 2" shorty same ratio.

I was just advised to change my gearing to a 1:36. Tim, I'll give you a call.
I thought the gear change is in the upper unit and the lower is the same. What gives?

Lower gears are the same. I just had Bergeron in Mesa regear mine to 1.36 They seem to have done an excellent job! Only have a couple of hours on it so far but it works good. Cost me 1500 with all new bearings in the top end...which I thought was very reasonable. They are the shop that does all of Kachina's drive work...I felt like that was a good recomendation!

Whats the purpose of switching from the 1.5 to the 1.36?

One reason is that as guys build more horsepower, they have to move up in prop size. As they reach the top end of available props due to size limitations, they gear down, and therefore can run a smaller prop.
