if you must go taller you can run a body lift too
The Durmax/Allison trucks are already running a body lift to fit the tranny in the transmission tunnel. Adding another body lift would look really silly.
heres a 9-11 CST with king 2.5's and big brakes

the tie-rod sleeves help because the gm ones are pretty wimpy and can bend easily.

I just got a quote from Gary's in Ontario on a 9-11" CST lift with dual kings front, deaver leaf pack with single king shock in the rear. Just over $6,000 installed. 05' 2500 duramax crew cab 4X4.
I've heard too many horror stories about Gary's not to say something, try giving Jason at Rancho Motorsports a call, he's just down the street from Gary's. He's a fellow ***boater. Call him at 909-390-9722 tell him you're from ***boat and I'm sure he can get you a good price.

I have friends that have a shop (Solo Motorsports) but they mainly do fabricated stuff. For this "bolt on" stuff sometimes these other shops charge less. I'll call Rancho Motorsports and get a quote from them. What horror stories have you heard?
