I have the same problem on my 99 sleekcraft enforcer. I get fuel leaking out of the left side fuel tank just sitting in my driveway. I didnt even fill it all the way up last time. I am a little nervous, I must admit!

I learned about this, the hard way. Don't put your boat away with completly full tanks ! I too have a Sleek Craft Enforcer, the boat is not my problum, it's the storage cover. The canvass covers my tank vents. So I filled the tanks to prevent condensation, and cover the boat for storage. When uncovered there was melted paint around the vents.
Seems to me that on warm days the fuel expanded, forcing fumes or liquid fuel from the vents. The cover held the fumes/gas next to the paint, resulting in a sickening mess of bubbled paint.
My plan is to fill up on the way out from now on and use fuel stabilizer and dehydraters for storage.
Be carefull, learn from my mistake.
