Ok, I am going to go ahead and ask. I have a MSD ProBillet ready to run distributor. The engine is a BBC 12.5:1 that will run half 92 and half AvGas. I have two Holley 660 center squirters mounted sideways on a high rise Weiand manifold. It has a solid cam and roller lifters. So now with the question. On the distributor, it came with a couple of different springs and bushings. What should I put in? I have never built an engine, so I don't know where to start on the timing. Most likely I will just have this stuff figured out by the shop that put it together, but I thought I would ask.
On another note, can/should I add a rev-limiter? Will the distributor run to the max and just cut out? What should I expect with this? What would be the rev-limit on the distributor? Questions, questions, questions.
