No-No, you see, i want a blower like the ones you fit on the v8s, i don't care about how much work it takes to fit it, it's the look that counts, and it must be possible to fit it with the correct gearing and so on.

That's a pretty small engine. If you are a glutton for punishment, an want to fabricate all bracketry and intake manifold, etc... I would go with a small aftermarket unit like a Holley Powercharger. Contact them to see if you can buy the blower by itself, otherwise you will have a bunch of expensive leftover parts.

Yes not the biggest engine, but about 300hp at a 100 kilos less then a v8.
I,m a sucker for stainless, so the intake will be fun to make.

Sounds like fun. You should be able to use the existing factory intake manifold for the port pattern. I don't know if I would mess with making a whole new one out of stainless, though. I would try to keep as much of the factory manifold as possible, and fab the rest in aluminum. Got any pics of the engine?

Sorry, i am currently not able to do pics, since my pc had an XP upgrade it all went to hell, No scanner, hub, camera, network or anything. And the pc nerd i got it from seems to have loads of time. So sorry.
But it's a bmw 3,5 liter 6 cylinder engine, that i'm trying to make some HP on.As stock it puts out 236 hp, so with a blower it should be more fun. It should rev like hell, i,m told, so let's see.
But actually i dont know what i am talking about,Hvae no expierience at all with blowers, just thought it would look good, and want to know if i could make it work. so i will have to try things out.
Is there any calculation forms that could tell me about what i could expect pr. liter??

I have a Dodge 440 lying around too, but i would like the BMW for the current hull that i build.
