The HOOTERS boat is broke. Found out friday that the altenator bracket was/is broken. Got that weld up thanks to FASTSANGER and friends, but the altenator is fragged. There is a leak back by the pump, the bolts holding the seats in on the passenger side have come out and can't get them to line up again. So, we are going to pull the motor and do some stuff to it, new alt. and alt. bkt., plane the exhaust manifolds, new gaskets, change the oil and filter, fix the leak, take care of some rot issues in the back, do something with the seats so they will work till I get some $$$$$$$$ to redo the interior.
Might have forgot something, but this is a good start.
