i am in deep pain, as i write this. it has been 1 week, since i nailed the on a rope swing knot, at deep creek. i figure the pain will go away, but it is not letting up. it really has limited me from all things good. figure if it still hurts monday ill see get an appointment to see the doc. i dought there is anything he could do.
so all you fowkers go enjoy your weekend. and ill keep ice on it. as much as i can
