there is an o-ring in the cover.Just pull the four bolts out and remove the shift shaft assy and relpace the o-ring.Inspect the shaft for and burrs or low spots.

Its funny but I called Berganon engineering the other day. He gave me this song and dance about sending him the plate so he could machine it for a seal or O-Ring.....Hmmmmmmm Sounds like a simple fix........THANKS
