I hope I don't offend you but, you're wacked out. The last three or four places in there for sale where bigger, with a bigger patio, and they where between $95 and $110 k. Virginia must be passing out what she's been smoking lately! Oh by the way, Nice place.

Land lease is $329 and will probably go up when sold. That's what they did w/us when we bought.
I have a storage unit for our boat...probably will be keeping it for a while. They have a ton of storage there.

What space #'s are you talking??? The only bigger one right now for sale is space #14 @250K!!! There have been two newer singlewides in the "older" part of the park that have sold for around that amount. They were smaller and had smaller decks. The new ones in Windmill two are 235K and they are only one and a half wides/unfurnished. Nice beach front though!

I heard at WM II, you can't even keep your boat under your awning when you leave. Supposedly, nothing outside when you leave.
That's what I heard also. Plus, at WMII there are no ammenities such as a rest/bar, pool, clubhouse...I'm sure the land lease is higher as well. People are buying them though.
