any by the way Matt--you better start waving across the channel when we
yell at ya. we've been screaming at ya from the new condos in the channel
the past couple of weeks, now I know that your condos are nicer and bigger
than ours are but at least ours are smaller and cheaper! We're in the first
building coming in from Crazy Horse end on the 3rd floor, the last condo in that first building. keep any eye out for you.
