I married my highschool sweet heart and I am sure she has put on weight in the last 18-20 years, but so what....if someone put on 30 pounds in two years, it might indicate some deeper issues..

I think it matters if it is over 20 years or 2 years like someone else had said. I fit is my girlfriend and she gains 30 pounds while we are dating then we have a problem. If im married to her sand she gains 30 lbs while we are married then there isn't much to do but have a conversation about what is healthy.
