thanks, i'll give him a call what city is he located out of? a lot of these loans on the website ask for proof of forms of income which is a pain to show since i am a full time student and mostly work out of home.

We did ours through Newcoast Financial. Kyle beat all other lenders I called rates by almost a full point. And no proof of income required.

I have 700+ Credit and didn't need any proof of income - Loan amount alnmost 50k
I didn't need one either, but my score is in the low 800's and I went thru Melissa at Essex Credit. I don't think you would have a problem with that score either.

alright so i talked to mellissa at essex, she is awesome by the way. i'm not sure if i'm going to be able to get my loan cause i'm only 22 and have not been in the credit bureau for that long. she is still working for me trying to see what she can do and is going to let me know tomorrow, ain't that a bitch!
