Bre, I checked out your thread in the spam section and have a question. My boat is registered as 25'-7" but I think that is the hull only. It's longer than 26' from the tip of the sponsons to the back of the outdrive. Where does the insurance company allow you to measure the boat length in order to be 26'+ in order to qualify for insurance acceptance?
boat length is generally considered running surface. I'd say tip of the sponson to transom parrallel to the centerline.

It depends on what the boat manufacturer has it labeled at. Example Eliminator 26 can't fit into a 26 and under program because technically it is 26' 10" The underwriters usually follow those guidelines. Hope this helps if you have any other questions you can reach me at (928) 505-2394.

If that is the case then my boat is about 1' long
