Can somebody help me I want to place a picture in my F150 spam thread and it only shows a red X box, what am I doing wrong?????

First, your picture is too big. You need to resize it to a maximum 500 pixels wide.
Then, right click on the picture, and hit "properties". Use that url- not the one in the address bar.

Use a photo editing software (like Photoshop, etc.) to resize it before you upload it to the image center.
