Several things blown just doesn't comprehend. :idea:
1). A Court Martial is A TRIAL, not a conviction. I happen the be in posession of the Manual for Courts Martial. IF there is a Court martial convening, there is the distinct possibillity of an AQUITTAL. :crossx:
2). I have always stated, "Innoscent untill proven guilty in a court". I have never said "They didn't do it." I HAVE said "I hope they didn't do it, if they did, hang-em high". Thus, I CANNOT eat crow because I wil not be proven wrong. Sorry blown boy, well, not really. :220v:
3). According to the news article posted:
A U.S. military court will convene in Baghdad on Sunday to decide whether to court-martial four U.S. soldiers for the rape and murder of a 14-year-old Iraqi girl and the killing of her family in March.
They will be deciding whether to even hold a trial, they might not. Remenber blown a Court Martial is a TRIAL, just like in District Court in your home state, NOT A PUNNISHMENT. :cry:
4), What they are basically holding now is a "Grand Jury" type convention, to decide if evidence enougth existes to merit a trial.
5). Unlike blown, I work on "Rule Of Law", not on "how it makes me feel". :cry:
