That bench press video thread got me thinking....
HCS mentioned if you can get the bar off yourself, it's too heavy! Something I totally agree with. If you can't use good form, it's too heavy too!
Also, why can't some guys just consider reracking the plates and dumbells part of their workout? Leaving 315 on the bench bar don't make you look strong, it makes you look like a slob! :hammer2: 'Course, these are the same tools that are cruising the parking lot 20 minutes looking for a close spot.
OK, my rant is over now, but I'm sure some of you can add to it.
