Might also consider staying at the Hacienda on the East end of Boulder city. It's about 13 miles to Willow Beach from there by US93. Great place to put in, but I don't think they have any slips for rent.
COLD water up there at Willow. The dam isnt too far away. At least a lot colder than further down river...
