my uncle is lookin into getting a pontoon hes lookin in the 30 foot range all i can find that somewhat decent in the tritoons and the evolutions. anyone have suggestions. also is there any pontoons the have twin 300s he was also talkin about those. though he was drunk but thats the best time to get him convinced.

You might also want to check out Hurricane. They have a pontoon "type" boat that actually has a fiberglass hull. A friend has one, and with a single 150 Honda it will cruise 45 with 8 people onboard. I was impressed that it did as well as it did with all the weight and only a 150 outboard.

I was on that very toon this weekend. Not sure I would want to be on it at speed though. Would take some major nads.
How much is he looking to spend? We got this in the mid 30K's OTD. It has 220 HP EFI goes about 36 MPH. It is a blast!!

Have noticed a lot more pontoons on the river lately. Guess they are becoming trendy. They do serve the purpose of getting numerous amounts of people on the water.
A guy I know got a DCB and it had 5 hours on it a few trips ago when I saw it for the first time. While we were on the shore, He came over into our pontoon boat and sat down. He was there for about 10 seconds looking around and then he said, "I should have bought one of these." It was pretty funny.
