Just take a look at your Mohave County Tax statement.. The property tax is just 25% of the overall bill!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Details, $2,440 bill, only $447 in property taxes.
. Opposite of what my CA statement is. All voted on bond measures, etc. Some justified I imagine, others just crazies voting themselves into debt.
Heck, I don't think there has been a bond measure voted down in Ca in some time now. I don't care what it is, if it involves bonds, I vote NO. Just because it's a good idea doesn't mean we can afford it. I got crap I'd like to buy too, but if I don't have the means, I don't make the purchase
I have to believe that with many renters, and peeps that just don't get it made this happen. Everyone complains about taxes, yet Mohave County folks screwed themselves!
