Probably an old Howard or a Rush.

It is an El Cid they were built in Bellflower by some guys from Douglas
Aircraift. They are a great handling boat, ran in GN and ski races.
I ski raced behind a tan & brown one in the late 70's, there is a white
one with a red cap in Parker Az. that I see quite often. If you look at
old pictures of Bob Teague when he was GN champion from the early 80's
he drove one of these boats, but the deck was changed and they called
it a Schiada (Don't quote me, but the boat he drove was said to have
come from this mold) I drove one a few times andit is a fun boat, acts
like a big flat bottom.

It is deffinatly not a Rush there is to much V in the bottom, and the gunnels are to narrow. I am with SK48 on the El Cid, SK48 knows his chit when it comes to boats.
Is that the boat that was posted on here as a GN For Sale about a month ago.

I'm sure you guys are right.
I'll see if I can dig up an old advertisement. I know I've seen them in the old mags.
