The Ford dealership in the Riverside auto center used to have Elvis' yellow Pantera. I saw the title transfer with Elvis name on it......it even still had the bullet hole from when Elvis shot it in one of his famous temper tamtrums.
I don't know how much or if it's still there.

My friends dad had one when we were 14. We used to take it out all the time until he (my friend) lost it around a corner and hit a curb. The cops showed up at his house a couple of minutes later and accused us of driving it. We denied it and they came back later when his dad was home. His dad took the blame and said it was him that was driving and that he lost control of the car. After the cops left, he turned to us and said...you guys are looking at about $600.00 for a new wheel and tire.

You're lucky to be alive. Did you have a cast on one leg or 2?

I just found this at the Pantera International Motorsports site:
Holiday Happening 2006 (http://www.pim.net/Happening2006j.jpg) in Orange this Saturday complete with a Mexican feast.
I'm gonna check it out, looks like fun.
