Thread: what do i need to do to my 750's

    i bought these on ebay:

    what do you guys think it hould have in them as far as jets,p/valves or plugs, shooters, and pumps? they're goin on a 6-71 with @8lbs of boost, 475bbc @9.5 to 1 may go 10 to 1, roller blower cam with @255 256 duration and around 650lift on ported 781 oval ports with 2.19 1.88 valves? just need a starting point on the set-up so i can fine tune from there.thanks for any help guys!
    oh, they're goin on my tx-19 condor, i'm lookin for real crisp throttle response and trying to build at least 700hp with this set-up spinnin a dominator b-cut.

    ***boat had a Blower carb article about 6 mos. ago. I can do them for you also. and you will need to go to an A or AA impeller if yer making any HP. TIMINATOR

    i was thinking of goin with an a cut, i hate the way b cuts feel comin outta the hole. i'll start ab-cut then feel it out from there.

    Should have bought my 800's carb adaptor, linkage, all ready to rock and roll, came off a blown motta.

    i already bought new enderle 4150 fuel lines and throttle linkage for the set-up, had them for the last 3wks, just need some blower carbs to build.
    anyone runnin 750's ? what'r you runnin as far as jets,p/valves and so on?

    You should get friendly with the holley book, tells about tuning and the such.

    Them carbs look burnt out. Sometimes cheap isnt good!!!!!

    what they look like now isn't important, what they look like this summer is. i plan on using proform throttle plates and main body's. i just bought these to have something to start with.
    You should get friendly with the holley book, tells about tuning and the such.
    i've got the mortec jet guide for holley, but that only gives ya what the carbs had in them new. doesn't take into account runnin duals or the blower really.figured someone here may be runnin 750's and had a hot set-up pointers for me.

    If you are running a blower boat you best learn to tune.
