PLEASE post more pic's of the boat.
I love these old long deckers. Mandella's are what I grew up wanting to own as a kid.
Please keep us all posted with PIC's on the progress of your build.

In my opinion this is the best post ever on hot Boat very cool . H29
I have to ask... whats up with the beer cans that have been cut down?
edit nm marthon boat... xtra gas fills.
Very cool......glad to see another nostalgia project. My boat is turning 40 in 2007 and it still has the original upholstery and engine...
That is sweet, I just drooled on my keyboard
Gotta love any flat v-drive from the 60's. Very nice Mandy. Please post more pics.
Glad to hear all the great responses, I'm getting more and more excited each day since i pulled it into the shop, just rolled the engine out this morning and started cleaning it up a bit, it's a b!tch getting into all the nooks and crannies around that bosch pump, nothing a little bit of time, elbow grease, and gas won't clean up.
About the beer cans, they have been in the boat for as long as i can remember, they just happen to perfectly fit in the holes for the fill necks, old school Coors pull tabs, just there to keep debris from getting into the tanks
