So just what "other retaliatory tactics" do you want to implement poser? The assasination of entire families or vilages as the soviets did in Afghanistan back in the 90's? You didn't pay a lot of attention to see just how well that worked for them, did ya? :idea:

Your question that you want answered, that there really isn't an answer to (unlike my questions), is entirely abstract. "How do you know the war on terror is over?". Christ poser, when there are no more millitant fascist muslim extremists actively attempting to take over large parts of the world and install a Claiphate to rule. That is the current stated goal, and there is your answer poser.
How long will it take? Anybody's guess is nothing more than a guess pulled straight out of thin air. It WON'T be any time soon.
