flip the boat

I need to flip my boat and pull the motor (not in that order) I just moved into a new house with a finshed garage and I can't hang my chain hoist from the rafters anymore (the wife doesn't want me to cut a hole) plus I don't think that these rafter will hold the weight unlike my old house this one was built in 2000 and there not as strong as the older homes. So I'm stuck I can build a-frames but I don't want a prem. structure. Please does anyone have any ideas. My boat is a 19' 75 charger jet. Thanks fer the help Kest

Maybe this will help ya They have just bulid a solid woodframe around the boat! http://www.dolvik.no/construction.htm (click on the picture that says turning a 26 hull) Remember this hull is MUCH hevier than yours hope this helped ya!
