Michelle is good, and very popular here on HB. May also want to try a guy by the name of Mike Gandy. He's a very cool guy, will help you to no end. I have three or four deals with him out there. I think everyone that has used Michele as their realtor, no longer thinks of her (and John) as their realtor, but more as friend/realtor.
