I don't know how much interest you will get for the 1 week use from Sept Thru May. But if I owned that package I would check to see how much it would be to upgrade the package to the summer months. You might be able to get a little more interest if the potential buyer new that for a little more money they could upgrade it to the summer months. Good Luck.

you just go to the office and get a card when you want to launch, when we bought they told us we could let a friend launch with us. in the public offering statement it says all owners have the right to all facilities at the nautical inn, including pool, lobby, boat trailer parking, boat slips, and boat ramp.
