Jim Brock has Drake pump parts over at Cyclone marine.
That set up looks pretty cool with the adjustable cave plates in it. Maybe an old circle boat? At any rate, it's well worth 600 bucks. imho.

Wet sanding and buffing a dull hull is pretty easy...I would first start by trying to get a hold of good buffer and some 3M stuff that they call "Finesse It II" and work with that. It did wonders to my 76 Sleekcraft. Save the wet sanding for the really tough spots that the 3M stuff can't work out. Just be careful not to burn the gel coat with too much heat from the buffer.

You got that right, summer is way to close to start something with that much in need of repair. If you aren't within a few weeks of finishing up your own stuff now. Just hang it up and bumb rides off the rest of us.
