There was a guy in Glamis about a year ago with something like that. I believe that he said he had a GSXR motor in it. The thing sounded bad ass!!! Never got to see him run, but he had a full tube chasis, 6-8 point roll bar, and some 1/2 doors on the thing. Pretty much the only thing that was "golf cart" was the body.
Oh, and he also had a big Nitrous bottle on the back for when he needed that little bit of extra "boost."
