Fairway has ALWAYS been high. You have a couple of options though. Go in, work it, see where you end up on the deal...remember, 58k is the ASKING price.......go in Weds. afternoon, before the month closes out. Their allotment is based on units sold. They will roll over to get the damn thing off the lot. DO NOT LAY DOWN FOR THE DEAL!!!! If you think they are not coming your way, walk. And above all, never let them pull your credit if you are not serious about the numbers. Odds are, you'll do ok. The time of the month is about right. Post some shots if it works out. GOOD LUCK!!!!!
