Who ever it is make sure they have a hot water, truck mounted extraction unit. If not they just will be spreading the dirt around.

I've heard a kearby salesman will come out for free.
On a serious note, f_inscreenname is correct. I would also ask them to double extract and offer a nice tip for the extra service. If you find a reliable service stick with them. A really good cleaner is is hard to find as the industry has a very high turnover rate due to the long hours they usually have to put in. Most of the time it is piece work and you get what you pay for. Also be sure they are not dumping the used water/ chemicals on your street/gutter. that is a big NO-NO. As an installer, who is a good service was a question I recieved more then any other.
