Last year when I bought my eliminator I quickly bought a pivot hitch from Extreme. yesterday I got notice that there is a flaw in it and I shouldn't tow my boat. I called and they are sending one right out to replace the one i now have. I think that is called great customer service. Thanks Extreme.
