Is that paint, or powder coat? Will it come off easily ?

It is blue metalic paint, I bought his linkage that was also painted(very happy with!) I used aircraft paint stripper to take the paint off you could also use zip strip.
My linkage came very well packaged and was not junk, this guy is straight up!
