Any one do pre fab buildings, need 30'x60'

Looking for info on anyone in the business or has experience with one. Was thinking after its up to styro and stucco to match the house.
Insight appreciated.
Do the pre fab companies take care of drawings etc. to satisify local permits? In this case Maricopa County, AZ.

I used Absolute Steel. The building I built is in Chandler. It is a 14x45 and now about 15.5' tall at its peak.
We assembled it ourselves.

I used Bunger Steel for my 60X100 bulding too. They did a great job for me... Talk to Brendon, he is the Man... He will stand behind his work too, unkike a lot of other steel building people out there...
