Bottom line asswipe, is that UJ's law suit against Ultra, did not belong in the Ultra Regatta thread. It was classless, like most everything you say and do.
I have had some communication with UJ (John A) about his suit, and I have expressed to him that I hope the gets all that he is legally entitled to. Everyone is aware of UJ''s claim that he spent almost 36k repairing his boat, 28k on the motor itself. This is a great deal of money. Whether or not John A. has any legal right to recover any of this money from Ultra, is a completely different story. The courts will decide of this.
If you are truley John A's friend, you will leave this issue alone as it is none of your f'n business. Also, your not doing your friend any good by continuing to stir the pot

I don't know all the details but you both look like a couple of little high school bitches with as petty as you've been with your little remarks about the "lawsuit." I'm not sure what part of "as-is" does or doesn't apply to this sale.
However, I do know that John West did warranty fiberglass repair on a guy's boat that was clearly abused and run up on the rocks. Shows how badly UJ must have pissed in this soup pot to not get any relief, aside from all the help I've heard about on the front side of the deal.
As has been suggested, you might want to just keep your big stupid fockin mouth shut as you're really doing nothing to help UJ's case.

I could not agree more. Nice post. If I am not mistaken I even think JW got UJ a new tranny even though it was an AS IS deal. JW is a class act and well respected business man. GRADS is not respected and is an ass and I hope one day I do get to meet him in person. I missed my opportunity at the LA Show.
