I just need some verification...its ok to run Cam 2 110 leaded fuel, or 100LL in our motors, right? Leaded will screw up the emission stuff, but we're fine? I know I've run CAM2 110, and 100LL, which is low lead.
Lead is good. It acts as an upper cylinder lubricant.
Running unleaded gas in older engines over time will pound out the valve seats. The lead stopped this from happening. You can install hardened valve seats and not worry about unleaded gas. Later engines came with hardened valve seats.
Leaded gas is no good for oxygen sensors. It will foul the sensors and turn on the check engine light.

I usually run 50/50 91 octane unlead and 100LL in a blower motor with 850hp. Does mixing the two have any negative side effects?
