    Hey there boaters,
For all you boaters that come to the Colorado River and want a vacation home the "HOT SPOT" is The Palms River Resort. It is beautiful and its on the river. The homes are very nice there. I loved it and everybody was so friendly..

I cruised through there yesterday on my way back from Mead (Hallett regatta). We took and extra day to A) Not have to drive home on Fathers day and B) to look around the Needles/Fort Mojave area for a new 2nd home. We looked at homes in Marina Coves, Willow Valley and Lake Cimmaron (sp?)with our agent. We also drove through Palms Resort but didn't stop and look at anything. This is a park so there's no deeded land and we want our own dirt this time around. But for what it's worth it did seem to be a nice clean park.

Just trying to help out fellow boaters. I have been coming to the river since the early 80's and none of the parks use to be this nice. This is a old park that was re-done. I'm actually thinking about buying in there.
