we stayed in the Hacienda last weekend. Rooms are reasonable, 10 minutes from launch ramp. Employees were nice, drinks were cheap, free entertainment

Agreed, we live only 40 minutes from the lake and have stayed at the Hacienda a couple of times in the dead of summer so we wouldn't die from the heat at night.
Not too bad actually, even for our tastes.
