What is a good technique to bring a hull back life? Paint not gell coat! We have already tried wet sanding 600 and 1000, buffing and waxing. Anything else we should do to bring out the shine?
    Thanks

600 is too rough. Use a minimum of 1200 than polish with a high speed polisher. If that doesn't work its time to respray. If there is no color variation you could spray clear gelcoat.

I always go to 1500 or 2000 Minimum! But be very careful nowdays to check and make sure that the sandpaper is ALL; CAMI (American) or P (Europe) do not mix sandpaper without the chart.
Example P 1500 would only be 800 in our grit size.
Again P 600 has a greater grit size than OUR 400.
There is the Japanese standard JIS also. Be careful you can waste a lot of time and valuable finish.
