Anybody notice the "SMHE" tag thats seems to be popping up here in town?? The police say they are very aware of the graffitti problem and are taking it seriously, I hope so NSF Could be "SHME" ???? whatever it sucks

If no one had noticed, most of the crime seems to be concentrated on the north side of Havasu.
