Thread: In the middle of my Berkeley rebuild, have a question on the bowl

So tonight I removed the old bushings from the bowl and cleaned everything up. The fins on the inside of the bowl are nicked up some. What is the best way to clean them up? Is there anything I should be careful with?
I have read that I can use grease or 90wt in the bowl when I am done. Which is better?

Use a hand file, dremmel, or die grinder, whatever you want to clean up the bowl. File on the hard to reach side tho, not the close side.
    I prefer 90-wt.
To go grease, you have to drill a hole in the end cap/plug and install a zerk.
Some people leave the plug out, and the seal, and just let them be water-lubed.
