When the Flo-Torq sleeve grenades, what's the recommended way to secure the shaft to remove the prop nut.
On standard shift you could just put the lower unit in gear. But with DTS, the electronic shift control doesn't activate unless the engine is running.
After scratching my head and staring at it for a while, I ended up just putting a channel lock on the rear thrust hub crown. It worked, but I wondered if there was a "proper" or recommended way of doing this.
