New 21 Liberator with 300xs. 106.4 mph

[I] just took a pre-delivery test drive today in a new 21 Liberator that I'm delivering to Ok. this week. I rigged it with a new Merc 300xs outboard. After breaking it in for an hour, I opened it up. Made 3 passes. The slowest was 105.5, the fastest was 106.4. I ran a 32" four blade at only 6000 rpm. Man I love these new motors!

This one was $49,000. It would have been about $47,500 on a single axel trailer. I've sold six 21 Liberators in the last 10 weeks. I sold 7 Checkmates in that same time. Been a very good year so far. I'm just a one man shop ya know!

Randy those are very impressive numbers, for the Liberator and the sales volume Would you mind calling me at my "desk" # in my sig whenever you have a minute? A friend has a new 21' Lib with a 300XS and he is only running mid 80's...I'm looking for set-up and prop advice to pass on.

I loved my liberator, it only had a 225 Merc but still did mid 80's
Kind of helps when the boat weighs 4lbs wet
