The sq.ft. price doesn't include or consider the RV garage, pool or view.
I just ran a quick search of the mls for the last 4 months and came up with this, Price range from 366.00 a foot to $441.67 per foot.

That's insane. I understand that it doesn't include the garage, and there is definitely value there to add to the sq ft price, but I wouldn't had guessed in a million years the prices of those homes per sq ft.

It's not all doom and gloom around here. I only wish some of those had been my sales.
Call me when you are ready, I'd love to find you a home here in Havasu. You don't have to spend $360.00 a foot, we have plenty of great deals here as well.

Bottom line....I'll take 700K and leave all the appliances and most of the furniture if you want or need it.
This home should appraise around 750K even in this market. New home is coming right along and I don't want two mortgages.
