What about the new E-tec.....are they really what they say they are????....I ahve done a little research on them when I was looking into a ocean boat....I really liked what I heard...But like many here I'm a mercury fan at heart.

I can't afford a new engine so I don't even read about them. I just rebuild my 2.5 as needed. Pretty simple really.
