He has run 152 mph in the boat before. Changed some pump parts and turned up the power some.

Yes I did read the hole story. I kept going back to: 9.5" impeller will hopefully pull the engine "down" to 10,000 rpm's.
So yes, "Where is the capsule?" . That thing is just bad to the bone

According to engine builder, taking in consideration the CID, boost level, fuel curve and other factors the engine is making approximately 4000 HP.
Sleeper CP,
This project has always been centered around an open lake jet, no capsule.
