gas on paint

so I left the boat on incline in my driveway with 3/4 full tanks and went to work, well when I got home the gas had expanded overflowed and run all the way down the side of the boat on both sides, how can I repair???http://www.msnusers.com/martinoboat/...hoto&PhotoID=3

it bubbled then started to peel in sma;; areas and the clear is coming off now
