This is breaking my heartI hope the boy is with caring people at this time. I have a 9 year old boy...I can't imagine what that little boy is going through.
I may be interested in adopting him. My wife an I just adopted a 10 yr old boy from Russia.
Does anyone know who took custody of him? We do not go to the river very often.

Very cool cab...I just read on here that he was in foster care. Maybe the SBCSO out of Needles could tell you.
