I though about that but it would cost a fortune.
In reality, dig just to the right of the driveway, and you have great insulation. Some concrete walls and truss it up, you have a garage at the street level.

My neighbor is doing exactly the same thing.

Double post.
Plasma TV for the TV cabinet wouldn't work either. I was almost sold.

Yeah, but look who your talking to.
Besides you don't boat anymore. Aren't you supposed to be over at Glamisdunes.com or something?

Nice Charley.
Our Havasu drive is way more better steeper than that, so getting the boat up there isn't the issue, it is the low door. We have a deep by tall one point five car garage for the boat, that fits the Cheetah and the Grand Cherokee, and we can leave them hooked up. I don't know that I'd want to mess with the low garage door on the tuck under, as the back of the boat gets high as I back it in.
my driveway had a high spot like that all they did was remove the top two squares of the driveway re-grade it and pour the two squares again no more hang ups . trying to back in is a little hard but have a receiver hitch put on thr front of your truck and you can drop real quick in front of the house and spin the truck around pick it back up and its real easy to park now kinda like a forklift, or buy a more suitable house
